Guy Tessens (Managing Director), a former senior management executive at Philips in Asia Pacific. Guy spent most of his career in Asia(Malaysia, HongKong, India) managing different business activities for Philips. Guy holds Master degrees in Engineering from the University of Brussels.

Sanjay Varma (CEO), a graduate of Columbia Business School and a former McKinsey & Co. consultant. After McKinsey, Mr. Varma was the # 3 member of Alibaba.com’s core team (a leader in China’s internet space – with a valuation of US$4.5Billion).
