Manager, Research and Development
    Key Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible to manage the R&D team.
  • Will establish a world-class technological team of experts.

    Key Requirements
  • Masters or bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering.

Project Managers
    Key Responsibilities
  • Is the primary internal contact with the management for all project related matters.
  • Is responsible to meet the required project targets – project budgets, schedule.
  • Is the resource manager of the projects.
  • Continuously improves and updates the project management processes.
    Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • At least 10 years experience in project management, preferably in large technology projects. Projects related to “Embedded devices” is an advantage.
  • Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of project management processes.
  • Demonstrates exceptional skills in planning, negotiations, problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Can manage conflicts.
Electronics – Hardware Design Engineers
    Key Responsibilities
  • Will design and develop reference platforms based on the latest microprocessor technologies available. These reference platforms are to be used in IP based communication and entertainment devices.
  • Performs circuit design and analysis.
    Key Requirements
  • PhD or Masters degree in electronics engineering
  • Highly intelligent.
  • Very productive.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker.
  • At least 3 years design experience
  • Very familiar with design simulation techniques
Electronics – Software Design Engineers
    Key Responsibilities
  • Hardcore software development
  • Software for IP based communications and entertainment devices
  • Writing software drivers
  • Writing testing software
    Key Requirements
  • PhD or Masters degree in software engineering
  • Experts in Linux, Java, C/C++, SIP and VoIP protocols,
  • Highly intelligent.
  • Very productive.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker.
  • At least 3 years design experience
Electronics Engineers – RF
    Key Responsibilities
  • The RF specialists of the company
  • Will be responsible for the design of the RF applications of the devices.
  • Responsible for all tests related to approbation of the RF device applications
    Key Requirements
  • Masters or bachelors degree in electronics engineering
  • Minimum 10 years experience in RF technologies
  • Well versed with GSM, 3G, Wi-Fi and other RF technologies
  • Well experienced in all types of approbation, safety and commercial testing of RF devices.
Managers Operations
    Key Responsibilities
  • Will manage the factory support team.
  • Is responsible for component sourcing, price contract negotiations
  • Is responsible for the Quality systems and providing the required testing facilities
  • Manages and negotiates contracts with external service providers, such as testing facilities
    Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field of expertise
  • Minimum 10 years experience in operations management
  • Excellent knowledge of PCB and PCBA manufacturing and the relevant quality requirements
  • Strong background in electronics components
  • Firm negotiator
